We all face transitions that can be disorienting. Whether you are wrestling with career decisions, relationship dynamics, caregiving, grief and loss, or the complexities of aging, you may feel stuck. Find your footing and move forward with an approach that is solution-focused and grounded in empathy.
I started my career as an attorney, and I know that sharing your story can be the first step towards insight and resilience. I am here to support you as you begin your next chapter.
~Education and Training~
I received my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from UNC-Charlotte, where I was a member of the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, and the Counseling Honor Society of Chi Sigma Iota. I hold a J.D. from UNC-Chapel Hill, and a B.A. in History and American Studies from Princeton University. In addition to my private practice, I work for Atrium Health in their Employee Assistance Program (EAP), providing short-term, solution-focused counseling to employees and their families.
